Joyner Hall
NCA designed a new 24,000 square foot facility for the Allied Health and Veterinary programs at NCCC on a Brownfield Site.
The first floor is occupied by the Veterinary Technology Program which includes a surgical suite, X-Ray area, an animal dental area, a mock reception area, faculty offices, two general classrooms and a hematology laboratory.
The second floor houses the Allied Health Program that is holds three Allied Health classrooms, a computer lab and faculty offices.
Working with consultants from BVH Integrated Services and daSilva Associates, NCA has achieved a design that capitalizes on the sustainable challenges of this landfill site while creating a gateway presence for the College while complementing its historic past.
