Synfoni Bailey-Green, AIA, LEED AP BD+C

Synfoni Bailey-Green, AIA, LEED AP BD+C joined NCA in 2001. She earned a B. Arch from Hampton University and is licensed to practice in Connecticut, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. She was recently the Project Manager for the East Bay Community Health Center in Newport, Rhode Island. The project earned the 2014 Associated Builders and Contractors Excellence in Construction Award. Her community work includes CANstruction, an AIA Washington, D.C. outreach event.

Andrea Torizzo

 

Andrea T. Baranyk, AIA, LEED Green Associate

Andrea T. Baranyk, AIA, LEED Green Associate joined NCA in 2011. She earned a B.S. in Historic Preservation and a B. Arch from Roger Williams University. She is licensed to practice in Connecticut, Florida, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Washington, D.C. and is a member of the National Trust for Historic Preservation. Andrea had served as the Project Manager for the Micro Lofts at The Arcade Providence in Providence, R.I. This innovative adaptive reuse project earned seven awards including the 2015 Congress for New Urbanism Award, 2014 National Trust for Historic Preservation Award, and the 2013 AIA R.I. Award. Her community work includes Team Captain of CANstruction, an AIA RI Chapter outreach event.

Sean Donadio

Sean Donadio, AIA

Sean Donadio, AIA joined NCA in 1997. He earned a B. Arch from Roger Williams University and taught Architectural Design Studio at RWU for two years. He is licensed to practice in Connecticut. Donadio was recently the Project Manager for the Glastonbury Riverfront Park Boathouse in Glastonbury, Conn. The recreational project earned the 2014 Associated Builders and Contractors Excellence in Construction Award. Donadio’s community work includes Chairperson of CANstruction, an AIA Conn. outreach event.

John Scheib

John D. Scheib, Jr, AIA, LEED AP BD+C

John D. Scheib, Jr. AIA, LEED AP BD+C joined NCA in 2008. He earned a B. Arch from Oklahoma State University. He is licensed to practice in Connecticut and Massachusetts. Scheib was recently the Project Manager for the Regional 18 School District Lyme/Old Lyme High School in Old Lyme, Conn. This addition and renovation project earned the 2014 AIA RI Educational Facilities Design Award. He is the Hartford, Conn. Chapter Chairperson of the ACE Mentor Program, which is a national program that provides career direction to high school students in the fields of Architecture, Construction and Engineering and was selected to speak about designing learning environments for the 2013 AIA CAE Conference.

Jeffrey Dale Bianco, AIA specializes in the renovation of public and private schools, universities, municipal buildings and national landmarks. He holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Architecture from the City College of New York. Jeff is a qualified Historic Architect per the United States Department of the Interiors and National Park Service guidelines.

Ray Giolitto

Raymond A. Giolitto, AIA, LEED AP

Ray Giolitto’s excellent organizational and management skills for complex projects have contributed to the success of his buildings. Ray has worked on the restoration of the Connecticut State Capitol Building and has designed many schools, colleges, municipal and state agency projects, not to mention various criminal justice facilities valued at over $150 million.
