NCA conducted an adaptive reuse of the mill into a 23-suite boutique hotel. The project reworked the façade to incorporate a two-story wood and glass window wall. NCA created an adaptive reuse of the historic Shingle Style home into ten multi-family units. The design team also added a new wing, porches and gables to create a seamless connection between 19th century rehabilitation and new 21st century design. A sustainable geo-thermal system heats and cools the residential project.
